Justin Colfax Morgan (July 8, 1900 – May 24, 1959) was a United States federal judge.
Born in Buffalo, New York, Morgan received an A.B. from Colgate University in 1921 and an LL.B. from the University of Buffalo Law School in 1924. He was in private practice in Buffalo, New York from 1925 to 1956. He was an assistant United States Attorney of the Western District of New York from 1928 to 1935. He was a Councilman for the Town of Tonawonda, New York from 1934 to 1940. He was a New York state assemblyman from 1941 to 1956.
On January 25, 1956, Morgan was nominated by President Dwight D. Eisenhower to a seat on the United States District Court for the Western District of New York vacated by John Knight. Morgan was confirmed by the United States Senate on March 6, 1956, and received his commission on March 8, 1956. He served in that capacity until his death, in 1959.
